Community Lifeline strives to deliver affordable solutions to seniors living at home who require assistance. We provide dementia home care, companion care, 24-hour care, as well as medical and non-medical assistance.
Our comprehensive 24-hour healthcare service is performed in the client’s own home and tailored to their specific needs.
This 24-hour home healthcare is different from live-in services. With Community Lifeline, you or your loved one is cared for by caregivers who coordinate their hours to ensure the client’s needs are met throughout the day and night.
